Who you are
- Fluent in French and English (German would be a plus)
- Between 3 and 5 years in IT-related roles, with a specific focus of hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity and experience with Dell, Cisco, and Synology networking
- Broad understanding of Windows Server, operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, IP Telephony/VoIP, firewalls, and proxy servers to support network issue resolution would be highly appreciated
Your tasks
- You will provide technical assistance and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and network security
- Be the main point to effectively troubleshooting and resolving network problems
- Remotely monitoring and managing system alerts and notifications
- In charge of the major network installations and upgrades
- You will need to stay up-to-date on relevant network, hardware, software applications, and best practices
