Due to their activity, they are looking for a Software Engineer to join their team as soon as possible. This is a permanent position based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and the salary range is between CHF95-125K/year (depending on the candidate's experience and profile)

Vacancy
Who you are
- Master's degree in engineering or exact sciences
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in an engineering position
- Good knowledge of C# and CNC programming language (G-codes)
- Knowledge of Kotlin or Gradle would be a plus
- Solid expertise in working with 2D/3D geometric structures and algorithms
- You are at ease in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
- Fluent English (C1)
- Good programming practices, easy to read, logical and obvious code organization
Your tasks
- Design, development and implementation of object-oriented software modules in a mixed workstation and CNC environment for advanced machining centers
- Improve and implement algorithms to handle the large amount of data required for high-resolution machining of specific micrometer geometries
- Participate in the design, development, commissioning, testing and documentation phases
- Acting independently, you will develop software solutions for our production lines and anticipate their needs
- Interact with colleagues, external engineers and technicians to ensure the functionality and usability of the solutions you develop
