Temp-Hire A well-established company in the distribution industry is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
to join its team in Carlsbad. This role will support a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being a resource for employees and can successfully balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management Assist with recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination Help administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HRIS records Assist with workers' compensation administration and follow-up Partner with managers to support staffing and workforce needs Coordinate training records and employee development initiatives Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws Participate in employee engagement and culture-focused initiatives What We're Looking For
3-5 years of Human Resources experience Bilingual Spanish required Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations Experience working with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law compliance, and employee support Ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety in their day and wants to contribute across multiple areas of Human Resources while working closely with both employees and leadership.
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $34.00 per hour
