Voor onze IT afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een:
Coördinator ITAls Coördinator IT ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een stabiele, veilige en toekomstbestendige IT-omgeving. Je houdt onze ICT-infrastructuur, applicaties en systemen niet alleen draaiende, maar tilt ze continu naar een hoger niveau. Met jouw expertise ondersteun je gebruikers bij complexe IT-vraagstukken en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen optimaal kan werken. Je schakelt moeiteloos met collega’s en externe leveranciers en weet als geen ander hoe je continuïteit, veiligheid en gebruiksgemak samenbrengt in een professionele IT-omgeving.
De verantwoordelijkheden die wij je toevertrouwen
- Beheren en monitoren van servers (Windows/Linux)
- Beheer van Active Directory en/of Azure AD
- Netwerkbeheer: switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi
- Uitrollen en beheren van endpoints (Intune/MDM/SCCM)
- Oplossen van 2e- en 3e-lijns incidenten
- Coördineren en uitvoeren van changes/verbeteringen
- Toegangsbeheer en security policies toepassen (MFA, hardening, audits)
- Back-ups & restore testen, monitoren op beveiligingsincidenten
- Uitvoeren van ICT-projecten (migraties, netwerkvernieuwing, cloudtrajecten)
- Opstellen en bijhouden van beheer- en werkinstructies
- Ondersteunen van key-users & power-users, onderhoud bedrijfsapplicaties
Wat vragen wij van jou?
- MBO-4 ICT beheer / Expert IT Systems & Devices of vergelijkbaar
- Microsoft-certificeringen (bijv. AZ-900 / MS-900 / MD-102)
- ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA (basis) of netwerkervaring
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Kennis van Windows-servers, SAP, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online
- Basis scripting (PowerShell), virtualisatie (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Analytisch, probleemoplossend en zelfstandig
- Planmatig, gestructureerd en proactief
- Communicatief vaardig richting gebruikers en leveranciers
