Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) professionnel(le) bilingue en ressources humaines pour soutenir deux établissements situés dans la grande région de Montréal. Il s'agit d'une excellente occasion pour une personne qui souhaite agir à titre de partenaire RH de proximité et avoir un impact concret sur l'expérience employé, le soutien aux gestionnaires, le recrutement et les opérations RH.
Relevant du directeur des ressources humaines basé à Toronto, vous serez la principale personne-ressource en ressources humaines pour environ 60 à 80 employés répartis sur deux sites au Québec. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires et les employés tout en faisant partie d'une équipe RH nationale.
Principales responsabilités
- Agir comme principal point de contact RH pour les employés et gestionnaires au Québec.
- Soutenir les relations de travail, la gestion de la performance et les enquêtes en milieu de travail.
- Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement, d'accueil et d'intégration des employés.
- Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les politiques internes, les normes du travail et les meilleures pratiques RH.
- Coordonner les dossiers d'absences, d'accommodement et les retours au travail.
- Assurer la mise à jour des dossiers employés et des systèmes RH.
- Participer à la coordination de la formation, des activités d'engagement et des initiatives corporatives.
- Soutenir les programmes de santé et sécurité au travail ainsi que la conformité réglementaire.
- Produire différents rapports RH et analyses de main-d'œuvre.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires afin d'appuyer les objectifs d'affaires et la planification des effectifs.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines.
- Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Bonne connaissance des normes du travail du Québec et des pratiques RH.
- Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et de communication.
- Expérience avec un système RH (HRIS), un atout.
- Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels entre les sites.

About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a bilingual Human Resources professional to support two Quebec locations in the Greater Montreal area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being a hands-on HR partner and wants to make a direct impact on employee experience, leadership support, recruitment, and HR operations.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director based in Toronto, you will serve as the primary HR resource for approximately 60–80 employees across two sites. You'll work closely with managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of human resources matters while partnering with a larger national HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in Quebec.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Provide guidance on company policies, employment standards, and HR best practices.
- Support leave management, accommodation requests, and return-to-work programs.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
- Assist with health and safety programs and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce analytics.
- Partner with leadership to support business objectives and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of Quebec labour standards and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally between local sites.
