Position Foley is seeking a dedicated and energetic
High Volume Outbound Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for those who excel in a fast-paced sales environment and are proficient in making a high number of outbound calls to potential business clients.
Those who reside in MA, NY, CT, SC, CO, TN, PA, NC, GA, FL, MI, IN, NE, NH, WI & TX are welcome to apply.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with a rewarding commission structure.
$17.00 per hour
with uncapped commission and bonus -
Target first-year earning potential $60,000-$70,000 .
Key Responsibilities
Make 300+ outbound business-to-business calls daily using an autodialer to connect with potential customers
Understand and determine the regulatory needs of businesses and introduce them to Foley's range of SAAS products and services
Propose tailored SAAS solutions to meet specific business requirements
Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Foley's products and services to effectively address client needs
Engage with leads to understand their unique needs and pain points, ensuring a personalized approach
Maintain the integrity of both Foley's and customers' information by adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting.
Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business decision-makers.
A hunter mentality, eager to reach and exceed lead generation and sales targets.
Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone.
Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture net new small business opportunities.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast results.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Quick learner who can absorb industry and product knowledge to clearly articulate value to prospects.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality.
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to feedback, learning, and growth
