Wat ga je doen als junior manager Audit?Als junior manager Audit ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het begeleiden en uitvoeren van auditopdrachten. Je hebt oog voor de wensen van de klant en gebruikt je analytische vaardigheden om uitstekende resultaten te behalen. Je stuurt een team van assistenten audit aan en fungeert als een belangrijke contactpersoon voor klanten. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan controlewerkzaamheden bij de klant en zorg je samen met de senior manager audit, ervaren accountant of director voor een vlekkeloze voortgang en planning van de opdrachten.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een vaktechnisch goed dossier.
Samen met de senior manager audit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning van een audit en realisatie binnen gestelde termijnen, maar je bent niet eindverantwoordelijk.
Kritisch nadenken en adviseren: je denkt kritisch na over de aanpak van de audit en welke werkzaamheden nodig zijn om het gewenste resultaat te behalen.
Leidinggeven en samenwerken, je coacht en begeleidt jouw junior collega’s binnen de auditpraktijk en werkt nauw samen met senior collega’s, zoals de senior manager audit, ervaren accountant en director.
Salaris : voor deze functie hoort een salaris tussen € 3.589 en € 5.981 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
Keuzevrijheid in verlof: jij bepaalt hoeveel vrije dagen je opneemt, tot 38 per jaar. Kies uit regulier verlof, het aaff-budget of extra dagen via je salaris. Wat je van het aaff-budget niet gebruikt, keren we uit.
Thuiswerkbudget van € 550 : om je werkplek thuis prettig en ergonomisch in te richten.
Vergoeding voor thuiswerken : € 2,40 per thuiswerkdag + € 40 netto internetvergoeding per maand.
Duurzaam onderweg: 0,30 per auto-km voor woon-werkritten, € 0,40 (€ 0,23 netto) per fiets-/wandelkilometer. Daarbovenop een volledige OV-vergoeding of – bij meer dan 7.500 zakelijke km/jaar – een elektrische leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget. Bij elektrisch rijden ontvang je € 0,40 per kilometer.
Ruimte voor groei, verdieping en verbreding : ontwikkel je verder via de aaff academie of externe opleidingen, gewoon onder werktijd.
Jaarlijks € 200 vitaliteitsbudget : voor jouw mentale en fysieke gezondheid en altijd toegang tot ons online platform OpenUp.
Flexibel verlof sparen : voor een sabbatical, langere reis of tijd voor jezelf.
Feestdagen omruilen : kies twee dagen die passen bij jouw religie of cultuur.
Laptop en telefoon : alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen.
