Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bentonville, AR, for a Junior Sales Manager. The Junior Sales Manager will be actively involved in developing and maintaining client relationships, supporting sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities will also include preparing and delivering presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to driving success in an omni-channel retail ecosystem.
Qualifications
Sales and business development experience and skills, including client relationship, customer relationship management and negotiations
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data
AI experience
Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with various stakeholders
Organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficiency in meeting deadlines and sales targets
Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
