Functieomschrijving:
Als Productie Supervisor stuur je dagelijks het productieteam aan, waarbij je hen coacht, organiseert en begeleidt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de gestelde productiedoelen, zoals efficiëntie en productkwaliteit. Het handhaven van een hoge standaard op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit is cruciaal, zeker binnen deze BRZO-omgeving. Je bereidt externe inspecties en audits voor en zorgt voor een soepele uitvoering ervan. Knelpunten en uitdagingen in het productieproces identificeer en los je actief op.
Je werkt continu aan het verbeteren en optimaliseren van de productieprocessen, in lijn met de principes van continue verbetering. Het analyseren en rapporteren van procesgegevens is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk, waarbij je indien nodig aanpassingen doorvoert. Daarnaast ontwikkel je een langetermijnvisie voor de productieafdeling en neem je het initiatief voor verbeteringsprojecten.

Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en kunt je ook in het Engels redden.
Je hebt een mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau en minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
Je hebt kennis van methoden voor procesverbetering, zoals Lean of Six Sigma.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
Voor jouw inzet kan je de volgende arbeidsvoorwaarden verwachten:
Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €5.000,- en €6.000,-.
Jaarlijks 8% vakantiegeld.
Een bonusregeling gebaseerd op prestaties.
Werken in een hecht en ondersteunend team.
Een uitgebreid programma om je goed in te werken.
Pensioenopbouw volgens de geldende regeling.
