Sales Supervisor
Location: Southampton (on-site)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Yearly bonus £300 - £1,000 20 days holiday + bank Pension contribution: 3% Opportunity to manage and develop a growing internal sales team Long-term career progression within a stable manufacturing business Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of up to 7+ staff (Account Managers and Customer Service) Develop, coach and mentor the internal sales team Set direction, monitor performance and review KPIs Drive additional growth across existing accounts Work closely with wider teams to improve customer service and commercial output Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase sales performance Requirements
Proven experience in a sales supervisory or team leader role Knowledge of plastics / polythene products ideal Strong leadership and team development skills Commercially aware with a focus on growth and performance Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and drive results If you are an experienced sales professional looking to step into a supervisory role within a growing manufacturing business, I would love to hear from you.
