Job Duties- Facilitate and own successful execution of sprint planning, grooming, and demos; Actively participate in other agile ceremonies with the scrum team (e.g. standups, retrospectives, etc.)
- Work closely with the product manager and stakeholders, and prioritize the scrum team backlog to maximize the value the scrum team delivers.
- Ensures the scrum team backlog is robust, up-to-date, and clearly shows priorities.
- Drives priorities and dates during scrum calls.
- Write user stories that provide precise requirements, including acceptance criteria and guidance to build the product.
- Work alongside the scrum team to validate features and fixes as they are being built
- Continuously review the work delivered by the team and provide guidance throughout the product development, and ensure it aligns with requirements and product vision.
- Participate in deployment and validates functionality post-deployment
- Work with the product manager and scrum team to manage dependencies.
Clearly and concisely communicate the business goals and product vision to the scrum team and others.
