SouthWest Nissan, a proud member of the Gilchrist Automotive Group, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our professional service team. The Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary liaison between customers and the service department.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Accurately identify and document customer service needs and concerns.
- Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
- Review completed service work with customers and ensure satisfaction prior to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
- Proficiency with dealership service management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
