About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager – Sales Enablement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key driver in enabling sales and business development with tools, content, and training, and overseeing campaigns, events, and trade shows along with other high visibility tasks. The ideal candidate is a curious, strategic thinker with a proven record of accomplishment in sales enablement.
What You Will Do:
Define Primary goals, target audience and budget of the trade shows we attend.
Create marketing and promotion campaigns to ensure flow that allows attendees to easily navigate the trade show.
Responsible for post-trade show follow up.
Partner with internal teams particularly Sales to create presentations/materials etc., crafting compelling narratives and visuals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Manage internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Support Business and Commercial teams in development of Global commercial objectives and go-to-market plans.
Plan, execute, and optimize product marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Forge and develop key relationships with key commercial stakeholders to enable comprehensive understanding of global priorities.
Provide ongoing measurement and analysis of the success of PCS’s core enablement programs.
Conduct market research to stay informed about global industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
Plan and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and products.
Coordinate logistics, messaging, and collateral for successful event participation.
Help Sales identify and determine other non-traditional ways to build review by using AI and other relevant technologies.
This role is 80% supporting sales, trade shows while 20% traditional marketing.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, with a focus on brand building and sales enablement.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Experience building strong relationships with Commercial teams.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Proven success in high-growth and/or start-up companies.
Ability to travel as needed to support global tradeshows.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
