Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifunctional device market to expand our customer base.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to drive sales initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the multifunctional device or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of multifunctional devices, such as copiers, printers, scanners, and related solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team, while working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
