The Automobile Sales manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers, and closes the sale.We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.**Job Description:*** Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services* Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained* Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals* Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles* Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained**Job Requirements:*** Experience in Automotive Sales (2 years required)* Strong negotiation skills* Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests* Establish and maintain relationships with customers* Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results* Strong computer skills* Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities* Excellent interpersonal skills* A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn**Benefits offered:**
