Sales Manager Join our team as a Sales Manager at Brookdale.
Responsibilities
Guide for families and older adults – you will be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Team player – you will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner – you will partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Support for Sales Associates
3‑week onboarding and orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction in Brookdale's unique approach to sales, the systems to help you be successful, one‑on‑one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area.
Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.

Base Pay & Compensation Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. The role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
