We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC Technician to join our team here at Community Property Management. You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. What Makes CPM A Good Place to work? Availability to be on-call and assist in after hours emergency situations Availability to work longer hours and weekends during market turnover in June, July and August ( specific dates vary from year Maintain good rapport with current and prospective residents Regularly assess the properties for safety and preventative maintenance opportunities to year) Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position of the position, not limited to: ability to walk properties, complete physical inspections Company Description Community Property Management is a local Real Estate company with more than 50 years of experience providing housing to students, hardworking individuals, professionals and families in Champaign-Urbana.
