Responsibilities
Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repairs, and related production equipment.
Study and become familiar with equipment and proper methods for everyday use.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting any conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.
Submit daily P‑card receipts.
Update work order status in real time.
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
Maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Be available for call‑in work and perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtainable within 90 days of employment).
Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance background.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration.
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using CMMS (Work Order) systems.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
Location Mobile position covering Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding area.
Work Shift Standard business hours with on‑call availability.
