About DEHY DEHY is a premium dehydrated cocktail garnish brand used by bars, restaurants, and retailers across the country. Our products are designed for modern cocktail programs and retail consumers who care about quality, consistency, and presentation.
We are a fast-growing brand with strong traction in the hospitality industry and expanding retail distribution.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can help scale distribution, open new accounts, and drive revenue growth across multiple channels.
Role Overview This role is responsible for growing DEHY’s presence across retail, distribution, and on-premise hospitality accounts .
You will focus on building new relationships, expanding existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to increase product placement and reorder velocity.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys both strategic account development and hands-on sales execution. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience selling into hospitality, beverage, and CPG channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retail buyers, and hospitality group accounts
Identify and open new retail and on-premise accounts
Support expansion into regional and national retail & wholesale chains
Prepare proposals and responses for RFP opportunities
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Work with leadership on sales strategy and market expansion
Attend trade shows and industry events as needed
Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in CRM
Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in CPG, beverage, food, or hospitality sales
Experience working with distributors and retail buyers
Strong relationship-building and account management skills
Comfortable prospecting and opening new business
Organized and self-directed with strong follow-through
Connection to the cocktail and hospitality community, with a clear understanding of bar operations, beverage programs, and current cocktail trends.
Bonus if you have
Experience in cocktail, spirits, or bar industry
Existing relationships with national distributors or hospitality groups
Experience launching or scaling a CPG brand
Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000
Commission: uncapped based on revenue generated
Performance bonuses tied to growth milestones
High-performing candidates have the opportunity to exceed six-figure total compensation.
