Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission. Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generouscommission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.
Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available to candidates based in the states of Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. Job Details
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
You’d be a great fit if you are:

Position Details:
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST).This schedule can be expected for aminimum of 12 months before considerationfor another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Youmust be able to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements whichinclude a professional workspace/room with adedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber or DSLservice) high-speed internet connection with aminimum 100 MBps download speed and 20MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does notsupport satellite and mobile internet service
Qualifications 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 yearsof sales/service-related work experiencerequired. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required afterhire.

The typical starting salary range for this role isdeterminedbya number offactors including skills, experience, education,certificationsand location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market andprovidesan opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
