Remote Inside Sales Representative – Florida
We are seeking motivated, people‑focused individuals based in Florida. The role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing. Training length: 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, 16 weeks for licensed hires. All computer equipment is provided. Work environment: Home office with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). No satellite or mobile internet is supported. Shift schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Options are 11:30 am–8 pm, 12:30 pm–9 pm, or 1:30 pm–10 pm EST. Minimum 6 months on a shift before consideration for a change.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales. Excellent communication skills with prospects and customers. Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Proficient typing and PC skills. Property & Casualty License required after hire.
