As a District Sales Manager, you'll lead from the front—coaching sales representatives in the field, supporting key customer relationships, and helping shape the strategy that drives business growth. Stay informed on customer preferences and market trends to refine sales techniques.
Develop and implement pricing structures and discount programs aligned with company goals.
Review and approve expenditures in accordance with budget guidelines.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
What You'll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions-based selling, business-to-business, commercial, and/or other related sales experience is required.
Experience in a Sales Manager, supervisory or management position is highly preferred.
Compensation Compensation is designed to reward leadership, sales performance, team development, and business growth.
Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually
