Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate field performance on an ongoing basis.
Conduct annual performance appraisals.
Develop and implement executive business plans aligned with program goals.
Ensure administrative project activities are accurate, timely, and compliant.
Qualifications
5+ Years of Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience.
2+ Years of Management experience, training, or participation in a management development program.
Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified.
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills, especially in project planning, project implementation, and change management.
Ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines.
Ability to meet travel demands.
Compensation The annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $140,000. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
