The Brand Representative (BA) will primarily be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores on behalf of Dell. The ideal candidate is a people‑person who cultivates relationships and builds excitement about the Dell brand and products. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers. The BA will leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products throughout the specified market. All product training will be provided; you just need to bring your personality and positive energy. Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with store associates and customers to increase brand awareness. Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis. Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside stores. Educate retail associates on the latest Dell offerings. Maintain Dell retail brand standards by inspecting displays and marketing materials. Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers and generate brand excitement. Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities. Develop partnerships with retail store management and schedule/facilitate sales and product training. Ensure current products are displayed, functional, and clean; execute reset and refresh as needed. Gather market intelligence, consumer insights, and competitor pricing data. Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices. Performance Measurements
Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis. Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Execute sales activities and demonstrate ability to influence business relationships. Maintain documentation for each visit. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred. 6+ months successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation. Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management and attention to detail. Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment. Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets. Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage. Benefits
$18.00 per hour based on market location and candidate experience. Weekly pay with next‑day pay on‑demand via DailyPay. Paid virtual training. Annual incentive up to $4,000, paid quarterly.
