Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting existing and prospective policyholders on their insurance needs. Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Represent the Liberty brand, maintaining integrity and a customer‑centric focus. Adapt to remote or office environments and meet scheduled shift requirements. Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required. Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Typing proficiency and PC skills. Will obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license; licensed hires must hold the license after hiring. Benefits & Compensation
Starting base salary $45,000 with growth opportunities and commission. Average first‑year earnings $55 k–$75 k; top performers can earn $85 k+. Paid licensing and training (16 weeks for licensed, 18 weeks for unlicensed). Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. Paid time off, rewards, and recognition.
