Sales Manager for Assisted Living Senior Community Job Description At Brookdale, as a Sales Manager, you will guide families and older adults through the sales journey, work with local professionals to generate referral leads, and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to exceed revenue and occupancy goals. Successful sales managers can earn membership and bonus opportunities in our high-performance clubs: President’s Club, Chairman’s Club, and Chairman’s Club Elite.
Responsibilities
Guide for families and older adults – assist older adults navigating the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
Team player – collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses.
Partner – work with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Brookdale Supports Our Sales Managers Through
3‑week onboarding & orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales, systems to help you succeed, one‑on‑one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools for your geographic area.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of experience and education required.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.

General Information Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
