Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers and representing the company in a professional manner Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery Secure payment of invoices with proper funds or obtain credit authorization per company policy Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, per manufacturer’s warranty policy and customer needs Estimate delivery dates for customers based on vendor production and delivery schedules Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties Qualifications
High school diploma or GED 1+ year of related inside sales experience (preferred) Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly Strong counter presence and ability to interact directly with customers for a large portion of the day Strong customer‑service attitude Good computer skills, including MS Office programs Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction (helpful) Minimum age 18 years old EEO Statement
