Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia for an Inside Lumber Sales Associate. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their lumber needs, providing pricing and product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include lead generation, managing accounts, and collaborating closely with the sales team to contribute to the company's overall sales goals.
Qualifications Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation (bilingual is helpful) Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction Familiarity with Account Management principles Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to manage customer relationships Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail is critical Basic knowledge of lumber products and building materials is important High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or business is advantageous Must be a self-starter, pro-active with the ability to take initiative basic knowledge of residential construction Must be computer literate with excellent math and analytical skills
