Requirements Must hold a bachelor’s degree and have 2+ years of IT experience.
Proficiency with Office 365
Knowledge of Windows operating system
Software / hardware support
Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., KISAM, ServiceNow)
Preferred
Existing familiarity with IRS and IRS processes
Active Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) or ability to obtain one (similar to Public Trust)
NOTE: This is an onsite position – expected onsite five days a week.
Working Locations Washington, DC (approximately 150 employees) and New Carrollton, MD (approximately 80 employees).
