Responsibilities
Assist Sales reps in phone prospecting, lead generation, running and closing deals, account evals and bid creation for accounts.
Hire new sales representatives and other personnel needed to staff the local office, or as directed by upper management.
Train and mentor new sales recruits on EMG’s products, services, and sales system.
Coordinate placement of recruitment advertisements for sales representatives and other personnel needed to staff the local office.
Interview prospects for sales positions and other personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field.
1 year of supervisory and sales experience.
2 years of supervisory and sales experience (preferred).
Some outside sales and product sales experience (preferred).
Industry knowledge (preferred).
Bilingual (preferred).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
