We are seeking an
Admissions Coordinator
to join a leading
behavioral healthcare
organization. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative sales background who excels at building trust, guiding conversations, and helping people make important decisions
As the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families, you will manage inbound inquiries, assess needs, educate callers on available programs, and guide them through the admissions process. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, relationship‑building abilities, and a genuine desire to help others while achieving admissions goals.

Temp-to-Hire
Compensation:
Up to $26/hour base + monthly bonus eligibility upon conversion
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and families, building rapport and establishing trust from the initial conversation
Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries and guide individuals through the admissions process
Assess client needs and clearly communicate program offerings, treatment options, and next steps
Provide a supportive, professional, and compassionate experience while helping families make informed decisions
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless admissions and intake process
Support the completion and processing of admissions documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and updates within internal systems
Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism in all communications

Comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
Previous experience in admissions, intake, inside sales, retail sales, insurance sales, mortgage sales, customer success, hospitality, or other high-volume customer-facing roles
Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required
Insurance verification experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage with diverse populations in a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented manner
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or other languages) are strongly encouraged to apply
