As a School Facilities Quality Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our campuses reflect our high standards for safety, excellence, and care. You'll be the eyes and hands on the ground, proactively maintaining facilities, identifying and resolving issues, and creating a space where students, families, and staff feel valued, safe, and supported.

They understand that every corner of our campus, from classrooms and restrooms to break rooms and playgrounds, supports the conditions that allow students and staff to thrive. Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, staff areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure they meet MSS's elevated standards.
- Quickly identify, report, and support the resolution of maintenance, cleanliness, or safety issues before they impact learning.
- Perform minor repairs and improvements (e.g., sign updates, bulletin board fixes, furniture assembly).
- Execute recurring maintenance tasks like touch-up painting and furniture moves.
- Serve as a bridge between school teams and external contractors or district partners for facility-related needs.
- Maintain accurate logs of issues, actions taken, and follow-up steps.
- Keep staff spaces (workrooms, breakrooms, printer stations) stocked and operational.
- Restock supply rooms as inventory arrives; flag low-stock items proactively.
- Distribute packages, manage mail, and support logistics for campus events.
- Jump in to assist the Operations Team with high-priority or time-sensitive tasks.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills & Characteristics:
- Experience in facilities management, custodial work, building maintenance, or a similar fieldespecially in a high-performing school or organization.
- Working knowledge of safety and compliance expectations in an educational environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits:
- This hourly position has a starting pay range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
