Sensormatic Electronics, LLC seeks a Technical QA Lead at its facility located at 6 Technology Park Drive, Westford, MA 01886. Responsibilities Facilitate day-to-day QA and software priorities and processes. Work with and review test plans, prioritize tests, and ensure best practices. Design and build physical environments to verify new product functionality. Identify root cause of defects. Collaborate with development engineers, architects, and level 3 support engineers. Build test plans and test strategies for cloud, server, and web interfaces. Review automation priorities and assist in automation using Python, JavaScript, or UFT frameworks. Act as embedded member of the sprint team with assigned stories. Lead QA test team for various software, hardware, and firmware projects. Operate under Agile principles; provide consulting services across multiple scrum teams. Telecommute for up to two days per week. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Six (6) years of experience as a QA Lead, QA Analyst, or related occupation in hardware and software testing. Experience with WebdriverIO, JavaScript, or Python; Zephyr Scale or other test management systems. Knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, and deployments. Experience with APIs, virtualized services, and API testing strategies. Automating frontend web workflows with Selenium (JavaScript or Python). Researching and presenting solutions to peers and QA management. Compensation Annual salary: $140,525.00–$143,220.00.
