- Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders in het ERP-systeem.
- Dagelijkse opvolging van lopende dossiers en leveringen.
- Beheren van een eigen klantenportefeuille binnen de Benelux.
- Onderhouden van professioneel klantencontact via telefoon en e-mail.
- Informeren van klanten over de status van hun bestellingen.
- Tijdig communiceren bij eventuele vertragingen of afwijkingen.
- Coördineren van transporten en logistieke afspraken.
- Opvolgen van voorraadorders en contact opnemen met klanten wanneer goederen klaarstaan voor afhaling.
- Verwerken van creditnota's en debetnota's.
- Ondersteunen bij ordercontroles en administratieve controles.
- Samenwerken met productieplanning, logistiek en customer service collega's.
- Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid.

- Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelordiploma.
- Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen customer service of klantencontact.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Frans.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Engels.
