Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Walker that are seeking skilled Inside Sales Representatives. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails to prospective manufacturing clients.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional product needs and upselling.
  • Collaborate with external sales representatives to align strategies and maximize market penetration.
  • Prepare and deliver product quotes and proposals, negotiating terms to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and their integration with sales processes.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, product lifecycles, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish for Latin American markets).
