Maintenance Manager

• Lead and coordinate all maintenance personnel responsible for mechanical and electrical equipment repairs
• Maximize equipment uptime while improving productivity, efficiency, and product quality
• Promote and enforce all plant safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs
• Coordinate machine overhauls and major maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
• Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and overall plant performance
• Recruit, train, mentor, evaluate, and develop maintenance team members while managing performance and disciplinary actions as needed
• Partner with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of equipment and facility issues
• Collaborate with plant leadership to plan and execute capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage the annual maintenance department budget
• Oversee facility maintenance operations to ensure the building and infrastructure remain safe and operational

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred
• Experience with printing or converting equipment, including PMC, Bobst, or Man Roland machinery, is a plus
