Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads for catering services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Actively prospect and network with neighboring offices, businesses, and community organizations to promote Cafe Landwer's catering services.
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and in-person visits to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and tastings to showcase Cafe Landwer's catering offerings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, customizing catering packages accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of catering services, including menu planning, logistics, and delivery.
  • Utilize your sales skills and expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets, thereby maximizing your earning potential through a commission structure.
  • Monitor and track your sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to capitalize on sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
