Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm; occasional Saturday work, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Responsibilities & Priorities
Work in the office and field to forge new connections, drive revenue growth, and support business development
Lead and coach a sales team on strategies and techniques for closing deals
Set quotas aligned with company goals and motivate reps to meet targets
Maintain a high-performing, high-achieving culture
Track performance metrics and generate reports using analytics tools
Create partnerships and strengthen connections with construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales
2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
Experience with B2C/D2D selling
Ability to work in an office and in the field with the team
