Marketing
Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar and LoopNet.
Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.
Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
Assist in planning industry functions or client events and open houses.
Finance
Collect and process deal file paperwork; calculate, generate, and send invoices via the JLL accounting platform.
Track and process broker expense reports in accordance with the JLL T&E policy.
Administrative
General duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference‑room set‑up, office maintenance, broker IT support, making travel arrangements, and front‑desk coverage as needed.
Qualifications Required
1+ years of relevant experience supporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real‑estate industry or a professional services organization.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software and JLL’s in‑house platforms.
Experience with Adobe InDesign.
Preferred
Project management capabilities, including multi‑tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
Resourceful, proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude and a drive for personal growth.
Able to exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
Location On‑site – Atlanta, GA
