Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kinaxis Developer to join our Supply Chain technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse development, configuration, and integration within enterprise supply chain planning environments. The candidate should possess strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to support end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for supply chain planning processes. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain dashboards, worksheets, reports, alerts, and automation within Kinaxis. Configure data models, business rules, calculations, and control sets in Kinaxis RapidResponse. Perform data integration activities between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications. Support supply chain functions including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes. Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and testing teams. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and deployment activities. Create technical documentation, user guides, and support materials. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field. 4+ years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse. Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes. Hands-on experience in Kinaxis configuration and development. Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL/integration concepts. Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Kinaxis RapidResponse certification is preferred. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of APIs, scripting, and automation tools. Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and integrations. Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or S&OP modules. Technical Skills
