We are seeking a hybrid hourly plus commission Sales Associate for a part or full-time role based in Colorado Springs, CO. As a key part of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and driving sales of our custom-branded furniture and designs. Your typical day will include identifying potential clients, conducting sales calls, attending networking events, and managing client inquiries with a consultative approach. You’ll be paid hourly for events and in-store days as well as commission based pay for both outside and inside sales efforts. While limited on‑site work is required, some remote work flexibility is available. Qualifications
Proven sales skills, including experience in lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals Knowledge of or enthusiasm for branded furniture, interior design, or sustainable outdoor furniture is a plus Marketing skills, particularly in areas like brand collaboration, customer engagement, and presentation of installations Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and represent Colorado Ski Furniture professionally Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in CRM software and basic office technology Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, with reliable transportation for in‑person meetings or events across Colorado Previous experience with hospitality, event planning, or the ski/mountain‑living industry is a strong advantage
