Sommaire du poste
Media Graph est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire de projets organisé(e), proactif(ve) et orienté(e) vers le service à la clientèle afin de superviser les projets de la réception de la commande jusqu’à la livraison finale et l’installation.
Il ne s’agit pas d’un poste traditionnel de coordination administrative de projets. La personne retenue agira comme principal point de contact auprès des clients tout en coordonnant les différents départements internes, en assurant le suivi des échéanciers, en résolvant les enjeux et en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
Le candidat idéal est un excellent communicateur capable d’établir rapidement des relations de confiance avec les clients, de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément, de résoudre les problèmes de façon proactive et d’assumer pleinement la responsabilité de ses projets du début à la fin.
Principales responsabilités
Gestion de la clientèle et communications
- Agir comme principal point de contact pour les clients et les projets assignés.
- Développer et maintenir de solides relations avec les architectes, designers, agences, entrepreneurs, installateurs et utilisateurs finaux.
- Animer les réunions de projets, les suivis d’avancement et les communications avec les clients.
- Gérer les attentes des clients relativement à la portée des travaux, aux échéanciers, aux livrables et aux changements de projet.
- Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux demandes et préoccupations des clients.
- Résoudre les problèmes de façon proactive avant qu’ils n’affectent les échéanciers ou la satisfaction des clients.
Exécution et coordination des projets
- Gérer les projets depuis la réception du bon de commande jusqu’à la production, l’expédition, l’installation et la clôture du projet.
- Coordonner les équipes internes incluant les ventes, le design, l’ingénierie, la production, la logistique et l’installation.
- Assurer le suivi des échéanciers, jalons, approbations et dates critiques.
- Identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en place des solutions avant qu’ils ne deviennent des problèmes majeurs.
- Veiller à ce que toute la documentation, les approbations et les demandes de modification soient suivies et maintenues à jour.
Responsabilité et suivi des projets
- Assurer la responsabilisation des différents départements afin que les engagements et les échéanciers soient respectés.
- Effectuer les suivis nécessaires et éliminer les obstacles pouvant nuire à l’avancement des projets.
- Escalader les enjeux lorsque requis et proposer des solutions concrètes.
- Maintenir une communication claire entre les clients, fournisseurs et équipes internes.
Vision commerciale et gestion des risques
- Gérer les changements de portée et les demandes de modifications.
- Contribuer à la rentabilité des projets en assurant un suivi rigoureux des exigences et des attentes des clients.
- Protéger les intérêts de l’entreprise tout en maintenant d’excellentes relations avec la clientèle.
- Soutenir la direction dans l’évaluation des risques et des décisions commerciales lorsque requis.
Qualifications
- Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience en gestion de projets, gestion de comptes, service à la clientèle ou coordination de projets orientée client.
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en développement de relations professionnelles.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à prendre en charge les projets et à faire avancer les dossiers.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des outils de suivi de projets.
- Disponibilité pour voyager occasionnellement lorsque requis.

Position Summary
Media Graph is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Project Manager to oversee projects from order through final delivery and installation.
This is not a traditional administrative project management role. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal departments, managing project timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can build trust with clients, manage competing priorities, solve problems proactively, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, agencies, contractors, installers, and end users.
- Lead project meetings, status updates, and client communications.
- Manage client expectations regarding scope, schedules, deliverables, and project changes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and project-related concerns.
- Resolve issues proactively before they impact project timelines or client satisfaction.
Project Execution & Coordination
- Manage projects from purchase order through production, shipping, installation, and close-out.
- Coordinate internal teams including Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Installation.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, approvals, and critical deadlines.
- Identify risks early and implement solutions before issues escalate.
- Ensure all project information, documentation, approvals, and change requests are properly tracked and maintained.
Project Ownership & Accountability
- Drive accountability across departments to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and remove roadblocks affecting project progress.
- Escalate concerns appropriately and provide solutions-oriented recommendations.
- Maintain clear communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Commercial & Business Awareness
- Manage project scope changes and change orders.
- Support profitability by monitoring project requirements and customer expectations.
- Protect the Company's interests while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
- Assist management in evaluating project risks and commercial decisions when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, account management, customer success, or client-facing project coordination.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and French).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
