Client : Insurance Firm
Job Title : IT Support Analyst
Location : Scottsdale, AZ 85251 - Hybrid - 3-day onsite
Duration : 6-month contract (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay Range:
($24 - $26) hourly
Responsibilities: Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support to end users in an enterprise environment. Manage, monitor, and update service tickets through resolution. Handle escalated support issues and coordinate with internal/external IT teams. Support new hire onboarding, account setup, and access provisioning. Ensure SLA compliance and maintain excellent customer service standards. Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Customer Service experience. 2+ years of IT support or IT service management experience. Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes. Strong knowledge of MS technologies (MS 365, Outlook, Windows, etc.). Understanding of ITIL principles and IT support frameworks. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Certification. Experience supporting users in a large enterprise environment. Benefits:
