Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting our client hire a Medical Assistant in Seattle, Washington! This role is in person / on site. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume. Position Type : Three-month contract, opportunity for extension Schedule : Monday through Friday – 8am to 5pm Pay : $21.20 to $24.20 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant : · Rooming patients, taking vitals, weights, medications, medical history etc. · Set up rooms for procedure and assistance to provider. · Support the needs of our providers. · Maintains and reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information. · Ensure patient rooms are stocked, cleaned, orderly, and equipment is functioning properly. · Preparing instruments for re-sterilization. · Ensure compliance standards and participate in audits or inspections as needed. · Float to other sites in Seattle when/if call outs or support needs arise. · Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor. Qualifications of the Medical Assistant : · High school graduate or GED equivalent · Active Medical Assistant certification · One year of medical assistant experience · Epic experience required · Dermatology or Mohs surgery experience preferred Why work for Adecco?
