Job Description Nurse Assistant Instructor Location: Provo, UT Status: Part-Time Hours Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Pay/Salary: DOE Summary Are you passionate about helping others succeed in their careers? What You'll Do: Responsibilities of the Nurse Assistant Instructor include, but are not limited to:
Delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in both classroom and lab settings.
Supporting student growth through mentoring, regular feedback, and individualized success planning.
Ensuring your curriculum stays current and aligned with real industry expectations.
Partnering with fellow instructors, administrators, and industry leaders to maintain a high-quality learning experience.
Leading by example in professionalism, safety, and workplace readiness.
Actively participating in program development, accreditation efforts, employer advisory committees, and campus-wide events.

You won't just be teaching—you’ll be shaping futures. What We're Looking For: We're seeking professionals who are passionate about teaching and committed to excellence. Successful candidates will have:
Education: A high school diploma or its equivalent.
Experience: Must have 3 years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a long-term facility or caring for the elderly or chronically ill.
Industry Credentials & Certifications: Must be a licensed nurse with a current, active Utah license to practice and is in good standing.
Teaching Skills: Must know instructional strategies and techniques, as well as the ability to successfully interact with high school and adult students in a professional manner.
Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in communication, time management, and organization.
Attention to Detail: A keen ability to assess student performance, ensure industry standards are met, and maintain accurate records.
