Sales Development Representative (SDR) , der neue Kontakte aufbaut und potenzielle Kunden für unsere Lösung begeistert.
Deine Aufgaben Als SDR bist du der
erste Kontakt für potenzielle Kunden
und ein wichtiger Teil unseres Vertriebsprozesses.
Potenzielle Kunden identifizieren und über Telefon, E‑Mail und LinkedIn ansprechen
Outbound‑Kampagnen und Social Selling durchführen
Leads qualifizieren und Termine für unser Sales‑Team vereinbaren
Beziehungen zu Entscheidern in Zielunternehmen aufbauen
Eng mit Marketing und Business Development zusammenarbeiten
Leads und Aktivitäten in unserem CRM‑System (z. B. Salesforce) dokumentieren
Markt und Wettbewerber beobachten, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen
Dein Profil
Erste Erfahrung im B2B‑Vertrieb, Inside Sales oder Leadgenerierung
Interesse an Software / ERP / SaaS‑Lösungen
Freude daran, aktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen und Gespräche zu führen
Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung als SDR / BDR / Inside Sales ist ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
