Hawke & Co has been a pioneer in outerwear innovation since 1958, delivering premium products designed to protect against the elements. It continues to push the boundaries of outerwear design with its re-launch and remain true to its roots. We are a dedicated and talented small team looking to add to their numbers as the business continues to grow .
This position is responsible for managing current retail accounts, fostering new business relationships, and driving sales growth. If you are a motivated, self-starter with a passion for mens / ladies outerwear / mens sportswear apparel this is the role for you.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in mens outerwear / mens sportswear, ladies outerwear
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently.
- Must be willing to travel.
Core Responsibilities :
- Manage retail partnerships and product assortments to maximize sales performance.
- Track and manage all purchase orders (POs), ensuring product availability and timely replacements.
- Analyze weekly sales data to communicate retail trends, performance, and competitive positioning.
- Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager, discussing goals, challenges, and progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, creating new sales opportunities and promoting brand visibility.
- Explore new business development opportunities, introducing the brand to new accounts.
- Strategize and execute plans to exceed sales goals.
- Present products to buyers and collaborate on assortments to secure orders.
