Drive branch revenue by motivating the sales reps, owning territory management, and by maximizing inspection and conversion rates Support reps in closing deals, especially complex or high-value opportunities Track performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed to drive results Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance claims process Train reps on how to properly identify storm damage and guide homeowners through the claims process - from filing to adjuster inspection to approval to signed contract Assist sales reps in roof inspections, adjuster meetings and working with the supplementation team when needed Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation and communication Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the roofing industry is required, specifically insurance restoration experience Background in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth Strong leadership presence and experience with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strategic planning experience to develop long-term goals and strategies for the branch
