We offer a combined paid time off (PTO) policy which incorporates state paid sick leave with company paid time off at an accrual rate of 0.0607 per hour worked, equivalent to 120 hours of PTO at 2,080 hours worked in a year. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic care and support services under the direction of licensed nursing staff to meet and exceed the needs and comfort of residents within a skilled nursing setting. What you'll do
Care for residents by monitoring health status, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, assisting with mobility, and serving meals and snacks Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and coworkers Document and record resident observations and health-related information in electronic systems Communicate resident observations and health-related information to others member of the care team including coworkers, supervisors, third-party providers, and families Learn and apply Company, Federal, State, and local rules, regulations, and policies What you'll need
