Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide respectful, person-centered care that honors resident preferences Support residents in social programs, activities, and dining Prepare and serve meals while ensuring food safety and dietary requirements Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document as required Uphold resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming household environment Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Current Massachusetts CNA certification CPR/AED certification (required) Two years of CNA experience preferred (especially in long-term care) Compassion, dependability, and strong teamwork skills Satisfactory completion of a background investigation is required for this position. Pay Range: $22.50-26.00/hour Individual compensation within this range is based on a candidate's specific qualifications, including education, overall experience, relevant experience, and specific skills.
